This machine is developed by our company, which is used to complete width within 30cm gauze folio and 3 ply fold, or width within 27.5cm gauze 4 ply fold. It can perm X-ray on line. The equipment controlled by transducer (imported) with wide regulating range, easy to operate. Magnetic powder clutch controls the rolling tension to be even and reliable.

Main Features:

a.  The rolling tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch and easy to adjust, which meets requirement of various specification of fabric fold.

b. Adopt frequency timing will much better than electromagnetic timing, it avoids disadvantage of electromagnetic low-speed timing and bad timing function.

c. Electronic counting yard function, rolling meters can be set as automatic stop, as the influence of tension, the code length can be set.

d. PID temperature control mode controls the temperature precisely, perm effect is good, X-ray and gauze pasted well and won’t melted, static temperature control accuracy won’t below ±2℃, perm wheel is controlled by pneumatic component, if stop, it will raise automatically away from gauze to prevent the yarn break or turn to brown.

e.     Folio and 3 ply fold adopt different rolling structure, they are independence with each other.
